Q.     I haven't received my order yet and I live in the USA. When should I be excepting it?

 

A.     The length of time for you order will depend largely on which shipping option you selected. On rare occasions orders can also be held up at the border. Orders are not always shipped out the same day that they are placed. As long as the items are instock though the order should go out within that week and an email will be sent on the shipping date to allow the individual to know that their order has been shipped. If for any reason an item order is on back order, the individual will receive an email lexplain the approx. time it should take to arrive.
